Tunica Post-Release Supervision
The Tunica Probation & Parole Office is an MDOC Community Corrections site. It manages people in the community under several legal forms of supervision. It is not a detention center, booking office, or public inmate roster. A former state prisoner may report here after parole or earned-release supervision. A person placed on probation can report here without ever serving an MDOC prison term. The shared office does not make those statuses interchangeable.
Release from prison and final sentence discharge are also different events. A parolee lives outside prison under conditions approved through the state parole process. A person on earned-release supervision, or ERS, retains inmate status under MDOC jurisdiction while living in the community. Tunica Supervision Record Sources
Different records answer different questions. The Parolees Search tests current public parole status. Tunica Absconder Record Limits
No verified statewide public MDOC absconder database was found. The Tunica County Sheriff's Most Wanted page is a county wanted-notice channel. It does not, by itself, prove that someone is a parole absconder. VINE can produce an abscond-supervision or return-to-custody event when supplied by the agency, but the originating office must confirm the status.

Mississippi SAVIN can send notices for release, transfer, abscond supervision, and return to custody when the agency supplies those events.
